Scheduling Policy

 All appointments must be booked either online on my website, through my app, or via phone within 48 hours of the requested date. Please do not email me appointment requests as they will not be honored.

Cancellation Policy

Every client is important to me, and I understand things come up that may cause you to miss your appointment. With that in mind, I also want to give your appointment the time and attention it deserves.

As a result, I respectfully request at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or make changes to your appointment time. Failing to give 48-hour notice will result in a 50% charge of your booked service. Any no-shows will be charged 100% of their service amount. 

Arrival Time Policy

Please arrive no earlier than 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment. If you arrive earlier, please do not disturb the client's service that's scheduled before your appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, you will be rescheduled for a later day/time. 

Visitor Policy

Due to limited space, please do not bring any visitors with you to your appointment. 

Cell Phone Policy

 While you wait for your appointment to begin, please be courteous to others being serviced. Do not use the speakerphone, and please keep the volume of your conversations at a respectable level. Once your service begins, please remove all listening devices from your ears. If you have to utilize a cell phone during the service, keep your head in an upright position and not downward. 

Service Policy

I reserve the right to refuse service at my discretion. Clients who exhibit loud or aggressive behavior, violate the code of conduct, take property, or otherwise pose a danger to myself and customers will be denied services and asked to leave the premises immediately.

Food and Beverage Policy

In order to keep the salon sanitary and within state board guidelines, please refrain from bringing food and beverages. Complimentary water, coffee and snacks will be available for clients.
